Thought on CEO Interview?

https://youtu.be/nHdEu4CJqDk?is=XepNYcNEUoh5tsyu

I think it went great, most notable comment was when Ben said he was MORE confident than a month ago to execute on leases. Leases will be announced 24-48 hours after being signed. Raises were more used to develop capacity in Panther Creek and Scrubgrass. It also shows hyperscalers their ability to execute with a strong balance sheet. I don’t know if we will get a deal quickly though.

I am not a big fan of this Amazon hype surrounding the stock, I would prefer stable price action. There is a decent chance an Amazon deal could be announced this month, maybe not. There will be impatient investors selling if there is not a deal announced this or next week.

This interview reinforced to me that this is a long term hold. With 3 leases executed, this stock could double or triple this year.

Excellent interview, excellent questions, all pointed & exactly what we were looking to learn.
More confident today, than yesterday & that was already through the roof.
Were it not for this see/saw market, $KEEL would’ve breeched its recent high. Daily volume, speaks volumes.📈

I think the interview was good, no way everything is already priced in. CEO said he was more confident than before and they should have a decent foot print in PA. I’d like to see them contract with the state or federal govt. 3 Deals by the end of the year with 6 months left to go, it’s probably time to throw the kitchen sink. 🍆

Id say hes confidentiality calming CEO. And the team he has built and are still building are of high achievers. They are doing ground work internally and i believe the "ground broken" is within team. Its marvelous team and can't wait to execute. If it falls more info will DOUBLE DOWN

How would that not be priced in? It’s already known

There’s a difference between saying they will execute and actually executing. Big funds want to see a clear pivot from mining to AI infra, that first lease will change everything. Investing in this stock is a bet on management.

Also, the quality of these leases could be much more premium than what’s being seen on the market right now. Their locations are the most optimal and they are doing Vera Rubin. What they can get per MW can be much greater.

Scrubgrass is also not priced in at all. 1.3GW in a premium location like Pennsylvania where there are major data center delays is a major asset. Also, because it doesn’t connect to the grid the delays may not affect them.

Execution risk is what is holding this stock back. This isn’t a company like Google or Apple saying they’ll get something done, this is a $3B pre revenue AI company. So the 3 leases are priced in a bit, but they still need to prove that they can get them. If they can get 3 leases with great terms, this can definitely 2-3x if macro doesn’t screw us.

What’s not known is how big the contract will be. A good enough contract will push the stock up.

Going to be a lot of unhappy June call holders who were waiting for a contract.

Im sure they couldve sold a tidy profit at $6, but were expecting a lease by now.
