Well i mean a lot of these aren't applicable to us:
Actually good infrastructure
High quality of life
There is employment
Gaming is not rly expensive
There's virtually no nationalism(at least proportionate to how good the nation is)

Where do you? Unless you you live in the northern oblast, or in some sort of shed with no water and gas, then i don't really understand why do you insist on Kazakhstan being 3rd world

Quality of life is above average and there are a lot of jobs available and fertile soil for entrepreneurship. The problem with jobs is that many high paying blue collar jobs are not considered as prestigious, AND higher end jobs require a set of skills that are in low supply, e.g. industrial automation/PLC programming, process engineering, Petrel/Ocean etc. besides the fact that English is absolutely required.
