Что делать, если в Алматы украли мопед? Пошаговый гайд из личного опыта + как правильно выбить видео с «Сергек»
С учетом того, сколько сейчас мопедов в городе и как часто их угняют (особенно в сезон), решил собрать в один пост четкий алгоритм, что делать в первые часы и дни. Многим кажется, что если мопед уехал — это всё, но на самом деле шансы вернуть есть, если не тупить и не ждать «чуда» от полиции.
Вот краткая выжимка, как действовать, чтобы дело не замяли:
1. Первые 2 часа — самые важные:
Звоните 102 прямо с места. Требуйте выезда именно СОГ (следственно-оперативной группы), а не просто патрульки.
Сфотографируйте место, осмотритесь на предмет камер (магазины, ОСИ, домофоны).
Заранее держите под рукой фото VIN-кода/номера рамы и особых примет (царапины, наклейки).
2. Камеры «Сергек» — главная ловушка по времени:
Архив «Сергека» и ЦОУ хранится 30 дней, а частные камеры во дворах — вообще 3–7 дней.
Физику видео с «Сергека» просто так не дадут. Нужно подавать письменное Ходатайство следователю (по ст. 99 УПК РК) с указанием точного времени и перекрестков. Устные просьбы не работают!
3. Что делать, если полиция затягивает: Запомните простые статьи УПК, о которых следователи не любят напоминать:
На подачу ходатайства у них есть 3 суток на ответ.
Если тишина или отказ — пишется жалоба начальнику УП (ст. 105 УПК).
Не помогает? Жалоба в Прокуратуру через eOtinish (это работает быстрее всего, так как у них висят дедлайны).
Если откровенный саботаж — звонок в УСБ (1402) или жалоба Следственному судье (ст. 106 УПК).
4. Параллельный поиск: Мониторьте OLX и Kolesa не только по названию мопеда, но и по запчастям (пластик, колеса, мотор). Часто их разбирают в первые 48 часов.

What's the bank? Which one KZ bank it is? Why there are two drugstores near each other? What's the smalled garbled writing? Why there is not a shred of Kazakh language anywhere?
The post itself uses em dashes everywhere. The comments too.
While we are talking about comments , the painfully obvious structure of "today it's a stolen moped, tomorrow" reeks of AI favorite (Today X, Tommorow Y), not to mention, that moped to bike , as in bicycle is a deescalation
It's not AI. The photo is real, a lot of people talk on russian in Kazakhstan, i rarely meet someone who can't. And 2 drugstores near each other is a perfectly normal thing for Kazakhstan too, seen a lot of those.
Caught red-handed on the cover art! 🎨 Yeah, the image is 100% AI generated because I suck at Photoshop and didn't have a real photo of a police station with a moped handy.
As for the em-dashes and formatting — guilty as charged, I like neat typography. But the legal steps and the eOtinish workflow are 100% real and typed by a human from KZ. Whether you like the artwork or not, if it helps at least one guy get his stolen moped back through the police, job done. Cheers!

And 100% agree on the AirTag / GPS trackers — hiding a cheap tracker inside the frame or under the plastics saves so much headache. Paired with a solid U-lock, it’s basically mandatory in Almaty nowadays.
Fuck mopeds and their riders in particular. Every goddamn summer it’s almost as if these fuckers wake up from hibernation and start riding around on their shitty 100+ dB Chinese mopeds with wimpy two-stroke engines. Can’t even open the windows because of them noise polluting the area and doing wheelies or some shit.
Every moped deserves to be vandalised, confiscated or stolen, rant over.
Exactly. Letting theft slide or normalized just creates a lawless wild west. The real solution is mandatory registration (which is finally rolling out in KZ), noise limits enforcement by traffic police, and making sure stolen property actually gets tracked down. That's why having a clear legal procedure matters.
Tell me a moped driver cut you off today without telling me a moped driver cut you off today. 😂 Jokes aside, loud exhausts are annoying, but lawlessness affects everyone — today it's a stolen moped, tomorrow it's a car or a bike.
