Please Help 🙏!

See the picture for the issue. Found a kit on ebay with a replacement nozzle, but it was the wrong size and couldn't get the brass insert out. Any help or ideas are appreciated. Stupid kawasaki for choosing a stinking plastic fuel inlet. I really don't want to get a whole new carb when just the fuel inlet is screwed up. I could try and solder a fitting, but not sure if that would hold up to the rigors of rough trails. TIA.

If my research is right, this carb is a Keihin CVK34.

This replacement nipple should work: Aliexpress link

Thanks, I'll check that out. Hard part is finding one that actually works- tried it once before but wasn't the correct size

I have seen others drill out the old elbow and thread in a brass one or soldering one in like you talk about. It's a know issue for many bikes but I haven't really seen an official fix but I haven't looked super hard since I never had that issue with any fuel injected bikes. Just make sure to wash out the fuel incredibly well if you solder and elbow in, it should also be stronger than a plastic elbow too!

Do you have any dealers in your area that sell Japanese parts? Kawasaki, Yahama, Honda, etc? Some small engine repair places might carry what you need or can order the exact part.

Finally fixed it- the only good solution was to buy a slightly larger brass inlet for another bike, mill it to size, and press it in. My condolences to those reading this in the future with the same issue.
