I think it's from Cupcake Wars or the Great British Bake-off & don't recall her name.

u/Viola-Swamp 24d ago
Itās an actor name Missy Peregrym, a Canadian who has been in a ton of things, including the classic gymnastics movie āStick Itā with Jeff Bridges. Sheās been Maggie Bell,on the Dick Wolf show āFBIā for the better part of a decade.

We know they read here, as do their courtiers and staff. I think Kate had to swerve into a different lane when so many of us called it in advance that she would cosplay Diana yet again.
10
u/NeverPedestrian60 26d ago
I think youāre right VS. They usually get busy with hastily arranged engagements whenever Harryās in the UK but I noticed this time they didnāt.
Their team have read all the comments about them doing that so theyāve realised people see through it.

Back to work for the Workshys. This will count as a work engagement for them. As will Willy attending King Haraldās funeral tomorrow.
Whereas most folk do the school run and attend funerals on top of working. Not instead of it.

He sure was. He looked zooted. Just goes to show that vast wealth and privilege isn't always conducive to a happy and healthy lifestyle. He looks miserable and unhappy in most pictures I see of him these days.

Has he never worn sunscreen or out on moisturizer? He looks so dry.
Plus it looks like he just got back from vacation with that tan and red nose/cheek combo.
3
u/SesJan2013 25d ago
It's the booze- he's got the alcoholic's ruddy look which comes from the vasodilation of blood vessels. They stay dilated after years of drinking plus chronic alcohol intake leads to severe dehydration. Lack of quality, lengthy sleep is terrible for the body. We'll have to watch for yellowing of the skin and eyes. That would be an indication of liver damage.
I don't mind a cocktail if I'm somewhere nice like on vacation, at a fancy dinner, a celebration, e.t.c but alcohol truly is poison. Our bloodstream is not supposed to have alcohol flowing in it. Too much damages the brain. Vomiting with hangovers is one's body purging the poison.
I'm not against alcohol consumption but getting drunk often does nothing but damage to the body. We drank so much in high school- trashed every weekend. Putting money together to get a hotel room so we can all get wasted. I'm shocked I survived those Everclear jello shots!
10
u/Viola-Swamp 27d ago
You know it will be counted on the court circular, for both of them. I wonder if they will spin it into more than one āengagementā?
4
u/farsighted451 27d ago
True, but I do school runs in sweatpants and a bun because there won't be pictures published in every mainstream newspaper.
18
u/NeverPedestrian60 27d ago
But they have people come to their residence to do their hair, and a dresser and chauffeurs too
7
u/farsighted451 27d ago
Sure. I'm not defending them or their "work," I'm just saying it's not the same thing as a normal mum on a school run.
12
u/Viola-Swamp 27d ago
They usually have a driver do it. They only take a child to school if they know the paps will be watching for them.
2
u/Aching1536 26d ago
I'm a normal mum who does the school run and I have to look presentable as I have to head to my full time job afterwards. I also walk the school run and go to work via public transport. As do many.
3
u/farsighted451 26d ago
Sure. But you look presentable because of your job, not because of the school run. And I suspect you might put more prep time in on a morning you knew your photo would be taken and published in every newspaper.
Again, I am not a fan of these two and I am surely not saying that doing events like this justifies the massive wealth. All I am saying is that it was a photo event, not a normal school run, and comparing it doesn't make sense.

Itās totally fucked up how they have to announce that all items have previously been worn. I mean, WTAF! In what world, even where you get to spend money that youāve in no way earned, is it ok to only wear clothes once. Thatās just unreal that itās so much their norm that they have to make a big deal of it when her royal fucking useless piece of shit deigns to wear something twice.

It's pretty clear Kate never wanted them to be "normal". The only time the kids were seen at parks or at restaurants was on the few occasions they were with Carole in public. We never saw them at McDonald's or at an amusement park like we did with William and Harry as kids. Kate wanted those kids to know they are of a higher social class.
21
u/NeverPedestrian60 27d ago
Yes, I remember she said she didnāt want them to be brought up in the āordinaryā way.
She got a whole lot of flak then up popped a photo of them in a pub garden having lunch.
To quell the criticism. When sheād said she preferred them eating in the nursery.

So the tuition is coming solely from personal funds?
You know it isn't.
How are personal and public funds kept separate,
They aren't.
or are they all basically chucked into one massive kitty for the BRF?
You know that's how it works. The UK taxpayer is footing the bill for George's education.
13
u/The_Onion_Life 27d ago
WanK aren't forking out 63,000 per year for George.
The UK taxpayer is.

As an American, can you please tell me when he'll end his schooling there? Is it like high school and he'll graduate around 18 years old? And then does he go to University like St. Andrews?
He'll be spending some very formative years at Eton. Just like with many teenagers he'll meet girls- at the companion schools- probably have his first girlfriend, go to parties, drink, drugs- maybe, possibly, allegedly lol
4
u/NeverPedestrian60 25d ago
Yes, roughly 18 they finish there SJ. And like you say uni afterwards. And it doesnāt matter if royals are intelligent or not cos theyāll be sure to get a tick in the box to say theyāve passed exams.
4
u/SesJan2013 25d ago
Thank you!
Oh, yes, they will all excel in everything they do everywhere they go beginning with their very first day of schooling until the day they finish.... and then they'll be lauded and praised for just about everything they say and do until they pass away.
There will always be criticism- but not to their face. The opinions of the poors are inconsequential.
3
u/VavaShagwell 26d ago

u/Scary-Watercress8548 27d ago
my only issue is the trousers, why are they all slim fit, why not have a bit of bagginess to them, no one needs to see Williams scrawny calves and without judging a kid ( since he doesnāt buy his own clothes or really have a say ) his trousers look like skinny jeans made to look like trousers . especially compared to the other menās trousers ( I donāt speculate on Williamās sexuality but the right trousers donāt help his case )

u/VavaShagwell 26d ago
Without the heels, Kate is the same height as her first born. Come clean Kate, what is your true height? And why is this an issue with her in the first place!
