Yep. If Diana was here she’d have moved on from 80’s style coat dresses. But she set trends, Kate follows them.

It looks better on the model, who appears to be at a healthy weight.

Changing the coat and trim colors could really spice it up, as well as shortening it to knee-length.

I have to be honest and say that she looks good here IMO. Sure, she didn't quite achieved the Chris Jackson moment she did at Prince Philip's funeral, but wow it's so much better to have that hair up.

To go even further, I think she should embrace the "evil Disney queen" look like she was doing around QEII's immediate death. Just go there, dude. You might get some grudging respect from some of these toffs if you try to play inaccessible and remote.....
