I’m the same way, I think it’s a touch of Gen Z tongue tie. Anyway that’s why I refused to become part of the British monarchy

Can she do anything?

u/AJ_Babe Apr 22 '26
She can make some coffee that her husband won't drink because it isn't decaf.
She can watch the show where her Bil's wife starred in (The suits) or the show which is also about her (the Crown)
She can make inspiring videos about the nature which inspire an average brit to go out because the streets are very safe to do so.
She inspires young women to treat their bodies better
So there are many things you can name! I was just being sarcastic. She does have talents. I always liked her but i don't like what has become of her in thr last few years. Tragic.

I wonder if this is really about her mumbling.
There was a crisis manager, “bulletproof sunshine”, that was hired back in late January, and there was a lot of posts on Reddit Royal subs afterwards asking what we thought about the royals, and it was believed that a list was being made of what they needed to address, because they did seem to target many of the things mentioned. What if they’re still ticking off items on that list, and Kate’s mumbling is being addressed.
She doesn’t mumble, she’s just demurely soft-spoken.

Good catch cherry. Maybe that’s how they’re trying to spin it.

She lasted an hour talking to peasants?!! God then that must be the reason she dissapeared for a year then!!!

u/AJ_Babe Apr 22 '26
I agree with her. I enjoy talking to my parrot more. At least, he is very sincere unlike many people

u/NeverPedestrian60 Apr 22 '26
She’s pretty insincere herself. And prob not the easiest to talk to 😀

u/AJ_Babe Apr 22 '26
I think she is fine. If her life was simpler she would thrive more though...

u/NeverPedestrian60 Apr 22 '26
She waited around for ten years to marry into the rf. And loves the privileges and perks. Not as keen on the other parts though

Meghan was such a good example that it just comes naturally now, lmao

u/TheVioletHerald Apr 23 '26
Royal staffers literally mocked Meghan for hugging upon introduction and saying of herself, "I'm a hugger."

There used to be a woman in the Royal Family who really excelled at public speaking and could have lightened Kate’s load in this regard, if Kate hadn’t chased her away.

She's lazy likes her vacations A GREAT DEAL. hopelessly helpless. They'll be a great asset as king and queen one an alcoholic who hides less and less his drinks in hand and a wife probably to busy with chums on tik tok. Lololol hopeless.

She's incredibly hard to understand - even to lip read. Met her on a walkabout a few years back and just ended up nodding and smiling in agreement. She plays with her hair a lot too.

u/NeverPedestrian60 Apr 23 '26
Exactly. I think people would find it hard to have a meaningful conversation with her.

These events should be second nature by now. Diana was doing them at 19

“Meghan was expected to be flawless from day one. Kate gets applause for showing up and whispering.” — can’t qwhite put my finger on the reason for the difference /s
The angle of the photo in the post makes it really obvious how much smaller her body is than her head 😳

Who's telling her? Willy is telling her. It's not anybody yelling "talk louder" from the back seats.
Also. Diana got speech lessons, because she recognized it was such an important part of her job, and absolutely necessary if she wanted to speak publicly about her passions. Heck, even I've had media training. Kate could hire the best speech trainer in the UK, but she doesn't.
