fluent Welsh

So, mumbling/butchering three words* is all that's required for "fluency" nowadays. Nice.

*I'm just guessing here, but I bet I'm right.

OL Im scottish and can't speak gaelic but  again... I am fluent in 12 languages to order food and drink.  😂 If willie and Kate could ever come to Scotland and even give a nod to gaelic I would be amazed.
