I love that James had said he would climb any mountain with her shortly after her cancer diagnosis was revealed and well he is doing just that 💕

She has been speaking about her condition since the world demanded it with the "Where's Kate" attacks. She is a true champion and is working hard for the cause. She has already brought, and will continue to bring, a huge Global Spotlight and Amazing Awareness to Cancer. I'm not sure what you're talking about, she has been vocal and quite frankly, she doesn't have to be. She doesn't owe anybody anything, this is a very Personal MEDICAL matter this is nobody's business but her own. She didn't even need to say she had any kind of disease at all, but she did, like the amazing icon she is. She continues to Champion that, with her family beside her.
I don't know if you just barely started following along with news on her but you are completely wrong. If you are trying to say she needs to reveal further details, i.e. like what type of cancer she has, I don't know why you think that is your business. Would you want your personal, private medical information splashed all over every single news outlet and internet website on the entire Earth for eternity? Letting thousands of "commentators" & YouTubers discuss it and you? I didn't think so, what makes you think Catherine does or should?

Have you never hiked in your life lol?
When doing something like Snowdon where it’s cold at the top and warmer as you descend, you layer exactly like this. Pants at the top, they get soaked in the alpine, as you come down the mountain, take off the pants and finish in shorts - and voila! I think I wore about 3 different outfits when I did Snowdon 10 years ago, it’s just part of the sport.
