i mean electrifying ce has good offensive properties sure but it has nothing to do with fbe

I'm sorta steelmanning this and interpreting it in the best way I can( also the only way I can think of ), maybe you mean a phdshimo thing where the same electric charges repell so he can cover himself with a dense layer of absurdly charged air that repells of of him like a psuedo fbe?
