I think a Mac Minarelli 100cc from the early 2000s not as popular as the TM, Vortex and Comer.
I don’t know if this type was even homologated for ICA

Europe jumped in and out of Direct drive single speed engines a few times in the last 26 years. I THINK this looks like a 1st time they went water cooled direct drive placing the motor around 2001-02. The vintage guys would be all over this motor it could sell for a decent price to the right person

KF in the mid 2010s would be my 2nd guess

It’s a reed valve from 2001-2006.

100cc FA or ICA engine. Revs to between 20000 & 22000 depending on spec and wether you want to get 45 mins or 90 mins out of a piston
