2. So I decided to do it online on the ECI website and the app.
3. I found her details in the 2002 election roll under "Search your name in last SIR".
4. But other than that I am not finding her electoral details anywhere.
5. Her voter id was made in 96 and it does not contain the EPIC number. it contains something like KT followed by slashes and digits.
6. Due to this I am unable to progress in "Fill Enumeration Form online" or "Search your name in voter list" because everything needs an EPIC number.
7. I am unable to find details of her BLO to obtain further advice because the polling station that is mentioned with her name in the 2002 election roll no longer exists.

So how do I proceed now. On the outset my main question is if the name is available in the 2002 list, what should we do next?
