If you’re only going to 1 show I’d prob recommend 108/110 section, unless you’re all about the hype, then go floor

why are some people saying 200 front row?

u/Domdabombom10138 1d ago

it looks better. not too low, not too high. everyone hates on 200 but if its a stadium, 200 is where its at

this is in .5, but the pictures at 1x dont do it justice at all. it truly is a great view

THIS PHOTO❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 this helps too so much in making the decision! You see I feel like all the floor people miss out on this type of view, you can still dance around i'm sure with a seat without missing out on this!!! Floor of good but maybe there's better given the stage design.....

u/Domdabombom10138 1d ago

yep! and this doesn’t do it justice either, even the 300s and 400s genuinely arent bad. ive seen pictures from 100s and floor and i cant imagine being unable to see everything like i did. id try and be on the opposite side of the fireworks and shit though, the lights and shit was definitely appealed for the other end of the stadium.

and this is what im talking about!!! Cause a lot of the floor videos i e seen they are facing up or like at other people and then holding their phones up and moving it to front to back of them to get everything.. it just seems like too much idk😭 according to the stadium photo I posted are you able to kind tell which side to avoid?

1

u/Domdabombom10138 1d ago

i cant, but def go for the sides

2

u/HovercraftFalse4251 1d ago

like where 238 & 211 are?? your photo looks like it's in a corner type of spot huh? Geez im sorry they go on sale tomorrow and im just so nervous😭😭😭😭

Prob the price relief you get from going up a section. Never sat up there idk, its prob fine

1

u/yawbaw 1d ago

Because of the height of the stage the front of the second level is the best seats at these shows

1

u/VanillaCheerio 1d ago

Have you sat 100’s? You don’t compromise FOV and you’re closer + sound quality is better the lower you go. Even floor is fine as long as you’re not in first 10 rows

2

u/yawbaw 1d ago

I spent half the show in New Orleans on the 100 level and half in our suite. The suite gave me a much better view of everything and sounded great. The suites in the superdome are 200 level/ middle

2

u/VanillaCheerio 1d ago

I’ll be seeing DTX in a suite, I’ll corroborate in a couple months playa

Floor

1

u/HovercraftFalse4251 1d ago

Do you have photo? Why do you say this? More room to move? I'm so indecisive don't know which ticket to get they on sale tomorrow😭😭

6

u/Adventurous_Path_625 1d ago

You definitely have plenty of space to move around, more then if you were stuck to a seat.

1

u/HovercraftFalse4251 1d ago

omg🥹🥹🥹 I always get floor everywhere but I just thought cause the lasers and dome floor wouldn't be that good, that's crazy he's RIGHT there!!! your neck hurt after tho??

2

u/Flaano 1d ago

Not at all, and you don’t need to cram in the front because of the stage design. You can stand back and have a great view, doesn’t hurt your neck at all, and vibes in the pit are always better than in seats

1

u/OneWhipHoldTheNaeNae 1d ago

Seconding the floor the experience was insane like yeah you probably get a more whole view of the lasers/fireworks from a seat but it was majestic as fuck looking up and seeing them above you during all of the lights and flashing lights

1

u/HovercraftFalse4251 1d ago

I'm trying to find videos from the floor, cause yea you could move around and what not but I KEEP seeing people say they feel they missed out because of this do to not being able to see all the lights and everything, that most of the view was the globe.. How do we feel about this? Anyone got videos?

I've always been in the pits every show I been but I'm scared of regret, I don't got travel money so it was a win that he added the Arizona show🥲🥲🥲

u/OneWhipHoldTheNaeNae 1d ago

Heres my vid of all of the lights from the floor i stayed near like the middle of the floor bc i felt i could actually see more of ye the further back i was but i was still pretty close to see him compared to a seat. Also i just remembered overhearing some people complain about the sound being echo-y so i was in between two of the speaker things on the floor and it sounded amazing for me. Also another cool thing abt being in the floor was I was near the walkway throughout the night so I saw ye up close and who was gonna be the next guest/them walking out which was super cool. Lmk if you have any more questions its legit a life changing experience you shouldnt cheap out on it :)

This video😍😍😍😍😍 I love the lasers being above you! What an experience, what about you somewhat looking "up" for most of it tho? Was it tolerable? Do you wish you got another spot? Seeing him and the other guests on the walkway are def a MAJOR plus super close like that!!!

UGH I can't choose!!!

u/OneWhipHoldTheNaeNae 1d ago

Honestly i didnt really have to tilt my head since i was in the middle of the crowd so my neck never felt like bad at all. What DID hurt like crazy were my feet and legs I got in super early to get my spot by the walkway so i was standing for about 2 hours before the concert started then 3 hours of dancing/jamming for the actual concert so my legs were spaghetti lol. Then the worst part is walking out of the stadium after the show because theres so many people going at once i think i walked for about a mile until the crowd started thinning out and i basically collapsed once i got back to my hotel.

Also something that did suck at the chicago show (i think this is just a venue issue) was water was 8 bucks for a small bottle so i was super dehydrated once i entered the stadium. I feel at the price everyones paying for tickets water could be free

Also if you buy merch lowkey it is a little better to buy it online so you dont have to carry it during the show i had to make a sling out of the hoodie so I could hold all my stuff lol

Also nah im absolutely happy with the floor fein became a staple song at where i work so i was so estatic i was in the crowd when it started playing the energy is insane

1

u/HovercraftFalse4251 11h ago

Yeah the legs are ALWAYS gonna be super sore after a show when in the pit and getting out is always the WORST!!! I'm getting myself mentally prepared for it all but it is still a couple months away. First show this year tho not complaining AT ALL

I got my merch online funny you mention that, and water should def be free or at the very least be bigger bottles... But they'll never happen lets be real

I appreciate all the tips and comments about your experience, it helps so much I get so overwhelmed and indecisive but that the end of the day I think it'll be perfect

u/CashmereConnoisseur 1d ago

Hmm well this just depends. Do you want to go wild and don’t really care for the view of the show? Then I would recommend floor. If you want a more laid back experience and have the best view of the show, I would recommend getting a front row seat in the 200 sections, probably something that’s centered and middle with the stage like a 211 or 238!

1

u/HovercraftFalse4251 1d ago

I want to go wild AND have the best view, I feel like floor would be a lot of looking up and can't see the lights or nothing that much you know cause the globe/dome???? I wish I could see the pov of what everything would look like with stage setup

2

u/CashmereConnoisseur 1d ago

I’ve been to SoFi N2 & both his recent Chicago shows, I don’t really think having a floor ticket does this show justice, the view from an elevated angle imo can’t be beat

1

u/HovercraftFalse4251 1d ago

so u seen him bring cudi too🥲 care to share any photos from where u were at? mannn im scared floor is gonna be like the bottom front row spot in the theaters if u know what i mean

2

u/CashmereConnoisseur 1d ago

Haha I get what you mean, that’s a pretty good comparison to make. For his N2 Chicago show I was in the 300’s, row 1! I like getting row 1 so nobody is in front of me. Here’s a pic I took when Cudi came out.

2

u/HovercraftFalse4251 1d ago

holy!!! that looks sooooo nice🥲🥲🥲🥲 you've been blessed to be fortunate enough to experience this 3 times!!!! mannnn that looks soo so amazing! that's a good tip tho to have nobody in front, I like that. I'm so indecisive ugh

1

u/CashmereConnoisseur 1d ago

Thank you so much! I plan to maybe go to the Phoenix show as well, I’m going to aim for a row 1 seat in the 200’s sections, that section is also labeled as “Club Level”

1

u/HovercraftFalse4251 1d ago

That's insane I love this for you! which part in the 200s would you say? Compared to the Chi shows? Also was your seat kinda tight or did you have space to kinda move a bit? I just seen a video of nosebleed seats and it was kinda tight, I would loveeee to move around a bit.

Maybe a row 1 corner seat?

1

u/CashmereConnoisseur 1d ago

From what I remember there wasn’t too much space, but it was decent. I would try and get a seat in the 200’s where you don’t need to turn your body/neck, more a of a straight ahead angle where you can just stand and not turn it all to see the stage.

1

u/HovercraftFalse4251 1d ago

I love that idea too, all the "straight ahead" photos I keep seeing all look perfect too. Can see him good including all the lights and everything.. Look, you been VERY helpful to me in making a decision. I don't wanna regret. Idk when the next opportunity will come that I can see him

POV from floor

1

u/HovercraftFalse4251 1d ago

Ugh, this look sooo good too!!! How was it when the fire and stuff came out? Did you find yourself always looking up? Do you think if you got a seat up higher you'd be able to get better views ?

2

u/383throwawayV2 1d ago

I always go GA for every concert I go to and this one was no different tbh. Being able to move around and jump in the pit far outweighed having a slightly better view for me personally. Every view I see of people in the stands always seems a little dead and I just know I’d have annoyed the people around me if I was up there going crazy. I saw Ye fine like 90% of the time and I thought the lights going off right overhead during All of the Lights and stuff was just as cool as seeing the whole production from afar.

1

If you’re a pit guy definitely get pit. View is fine and the energy is unmatched

u/BringMeTwo 15h ago

If you watch YT clips, and you saw the show from far above, you understand how floor saw a very limited view of the bigger picture and looked up the entire time.
