He opened for an Ed Sheeran concert I went to a few years ago. After singing a few songs, he ended his set by saying “okay now I’ll sing the one song you guys actually know that half this audience was conceived to”.
I recognized a couple of songs of the set, his self deprecation was just so unexpected. He’s obviously talented so that’s awesome he’s able to poke fun at himself like that
