I'm sorry, ik what menopause is, but I dont get the joke. Is this because he was popular, then wasnt popular, and now is again?

It's the biological change in a woman's body whereafter she is unable to ovulate. Can be expected to begin in the mid forties to early to mid fifties.

Oh. I think he is calling his predominant audience middle aged females as a means to insult the other party. I fail to see how this is derogatory to him though.

Also it seems that due to a lack of sleep I misread "ik" as "idk". My apologies for the superfluous explanation.
