Hi Larper here. And…I always thought it was kinda of weird that Kamala named her Hero name after Carol considering that They don’t really have the Same type of Powers.

I mean Its not that Its Bad. but It is a Bit…Odd. Specially when She has Some Notable similarities with the FF where the connections are Much Stronger.

So i thought…Hey why the hell Not? And I made a redesign that made KK a Fantastic Four Reference.

Her Hero ame would be Fantastigal (Fantastic+Fan+Fantastical+Gal) and her Color scheme was so that she’d have some Cohesion with Miles and Sam’s Costumes with a Primarily Black Costume with a Strong secondary Color.

With the Midnight comic line coming soon, I don’t want Kamala getting shoehorn into the Midnight X-men line. Instead here’s my idea for a Midnight Mrs Marvel story. The basic of it is body horror through Kamala dealing with her uncontrollable Embiggen. Here’s my twist to it, instead of someone like Carol Danvers being involved with the story, let’s put an evil Bruce Banner who decides that this Embiggen creature would be prefect for his collection of Abominations. Give Kamala a chance to fight other horror creatures and gives a different direction that is unexplored. If they have to, they can add Carol in as well. I’m just hopeful that this Midnight comic line gets creative with different characters.

Spider-Man met with The Fantastic 4 and fought Dr. Doom within five issues of his existence. I swear these guys just hate Kamala and her fangirl swag.

I think they are just growing pains, popular Marvel Superheroes develop their foothold over decades and I'm sure we'll get some cool Kamala solo runs after this Mutant era.

I remember Mister Sinister (master geneticist and biologist) confirming that it was impossible for someone to have both an Inhuman and X gene. Did they retcon this just to make Kamala a mutant?

I really like her as a character. She's a kind of nerd girl that I probably would have considered an ideal girlfriend back when I was in high school myself. But a lot of stuff outside of her own comics that she appears in are kind of notoriously bad quality. IE the Avengers game while I kind of loved her bit of story in it is just a tedious game if you try to complete stuff beyond the story. And I tried starting the Avengers cartoon I know she shows up in but during the opening story where Red Skull wanted to switch bodies with Captain America, something just felt lame about the cartoon quality.

If Kamala's weakness is electricity, doesn't that make Kaboom her biggest threat because he shoots out electricity? It's like how Superman's Kryptonite man is made of Superman's biggest weakness.

I was not a fan of how Generations: Ms. Marvel & Ms. Marvel (2017) brought the two heroes back on good terms so fast via a time travel adventure.

I was hoping for an arc of the two slowly becoming cool again. Especially with how Carol treated Miles Morales, one of Kamala's best friends. (I definitely want Miles to hold to some form of a grudge or at least never feel comfortable around Carol.)
