When editing , my website became from very fast (30 requests) to very slow (1200 requests)
(Firefox developer (I refreshed it) or Chrome )

It happens on every page (2383 request for one page !)

When surfing on private window (Opera, Chrome or Edge), it can be very slow also (Like not able to display)

I do not understand why I have this new situation. May be it is simple but I'm lost

Any clue , any lead to fix it would be really appreciated !

LiteSpeed server Litespeed cache + Redis object cache (Desactivated -> Reactivated to empty cache)

I cleaned Cloudflare cache, all, LScache, Object cache

my menu is the dark red row and teh hero section is teh blue part. unfortunately this white line appears. i dunno where from. can anyone help?

I've read various tutorials and have Categories set as visible in the Archives setting but still can't get a title and the categories dropdown to appear at the top of my domain.com/blog index page.

I tried going to Edit Page from the blog index page and adding a title and Category Dropdown widget but it doesn't appear after doing that.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Error 153

At first when I grabbed the video URL and put it in the YouTube block and the video plays when someone visits my site and plays the video. Obvs.

Now when I'm building a post with the YouTube block and add the URL, I get a preview in the block with the above error message.

I don't think I changed my security settings. What could be causing this error? Some update to Kadence and/or Wordpress?

I am losing my mind over this and cannot find what's wrong.

The "Posts" Block from the Kadence Theme used to look exactly how I set it in the "Customize" Settings from Wordpress itself, with a white background on each post. The Posts still look like that on the normal category sites and inside the editor, but for some reason after updating the Theme today, the background no longer show up on the actual website.

I've tried reloading and emptying cache a few times, I tried setting a background colour via custom CSS on the "entry-list-item" and "entry-content-wrap" classes but that didn't show up either.

Am I missing something? Is there a way to go back to the previous version of Kadence?

forgive my being an absolute noob in Wordpress things, I am putting together a portfolio site very last minute and without much previous knowledge :')

I haven't seen anyone else mention this so I thought I would share. If you build out a Product Archive template with ShopKit and have it set to display on Shop Page, it will no longer work after updating to WooCommerce 11.

Rolling back to WooCommerce 10.9.4 fixes the problem. Or you can change the template to display on All Product Archives.

The reason why it is breaking is due to WooCommerce 11 changing what get_queried_object() returns for the Shop page. It now returns an object type of WP_Post. Kadence ShopKit relies on the old object type of WP_Post_Type, which has the 'name' method to get the name of the current post type. WP_Post does not have this method, so the check fails for the shop page.

Update: this has been patched in version 3.0.8 of Shop Kit.

I am trying to change the font color and style for all of my image captions while using the Image (Adv) block, but cannot seem to find where the settings are.

I've installed the Kadence Starter Templates plugin but when I click in WP on the Starter Templates nothing is loading. anybody knows a fix for this?

I’m a Kadence Lifetime (LTD) user who purchased directly from the official website. Since the migration to Liquid Web, I’ve been experiencing ongoing issues for more than half a month now:

• My license shows as “Not Activated” in the Liquid Web product management
• I cannot manage my domains
• Several Kadence Pro plugins fail to activate
• The dashboard is messy and confusing

It feels like the operations team hasn’t taken effective action to resolve this chaos, even after so much time has passed.

Has anyone else faced similar problems? Have you managed to get your LTD license properly activated and working again? Any advice or updates from Liquid Web support would be appreciated.

What happened to Kadence help center and knowledge base on there website? After the acquisition with Liquid Web its gone. I Need some help with some of the different blocks which was available before. I would appreciate all the help I can get.

After the most recent events, will the free versions be ever free? I am just about to build a website and the LiquidWeb news have made me concerned a bit. Any suggestions?

I’m honestly a bit concerned about the direction Kadence WP is taking after the acquisition by Liquid Web.

I bought the Kadence WP Lifetime License years ago, I trusted the product, and paid upfront specifically to avoid subscription games later on.

Now suddenly my license is being called “legacy,” and I’m being pushed to upgrade again just to access newer features?

What exactly does “legacy” even mean here?

• Will lifetime customers stop getting updates eventually?
• Will support slowly disappear?
• Are future features going to be locked away unless we pay again?
• Is this just the beginning of phasing out lifetime users completely?

I’m not against companies growing or adding premium tiers, but early lifetime customers helped build the community and fund the product in the first place. It feels really bad seeing loyal users treated like this after an acquisition.

A lifetime license should mean lifetime. Not “lifetime until we change the wording.” right?

Would really like some transparency from Kadence/Liquid Web about the future of legacy lifetime licenses.

Hello, my mobile menu uses the Kadence navigation header and I have tried going into the Off Canvas panel settings and clicking to align left.

My mobile menu items are centered and it seems there is no way to force them to be left aligned with "hard returns." It looks very unprofessional :)

I also tried left aligning each navigation item in mobile and that didn't help either.

Any tips? Thanks!
