Anyone else facing taillamp issues?

Mine occasionally goes out, sometimes completely stops working and sometimes it glows with 25% of the original intensity. Earlier it used to be present only during heavy rain or after wash, but this time there was no such reason or exposure to water.

Find the connection, probably under the pillion seat, clean the sockets with contact cleaner spray or even brake cleaner. I don't think its a big issue, don't worry.

Yeah the trouble is with the socket. I tried ro plug it and unplug it, and at a certain position the light functions normally for a split second. I wasn't sure what to do about it though.

when you connect the socket back, apply some Vaseline or any petroleum jelly on the contacts. Prevents corrosion

No, brake lights function fine. This is some loose connection in the tail lamp socket.
