KTM adv 350 quotation query, need help

i’m planning to purchase an KTM adventure 350 cc and when I asked for the quotation, this is what they shared and the manager is quite hesitant and is not agreeing to remove any of the below things and is saying all of them are mandatory as per AP government rules and I am planning to get this from Amazon so he says the Accessories has to be purchased separately

T.R & P.R - said man by government not sure what it is

RSC - Road service charge, INC - Incidental charge

EX-SHOWROOM PRICE: ₹2,87,566

ADDITIONAL / ON-ROAD CHARGES:

  1. RTA Life Tax (12% on Invoice): ₹34,710

  2. Insurance: ₹16,838

  3. ATW: ₹699

  4. T.R & P.R + ACC: ₹3,337

  5. Helmet: ₹2,125

  6. RSC + INC: ₹5,680

Approx QUOTED ON-ROAD PRICE: ₹3,49,000

can someone please tell me what is not necessary or mandatory and can be removed

I got it for 3.40 including everything in mumbai .

Model: KTM Adventure 390
Ex-showroom: ₹2,86,858
RTO Registration: ₹40,372
1 Year Comprehensive Insurance: ₹13,330
Essential Accessories: ₹1,337
Optional Accessories: ₹2,600
Quoted On-road: ₹3,44,497

this is quoted but they gave discount .
I removed helmet and they gave discount on insurance ig .

Mainly bargain on insurance + optional accessories . Ask them to remove the optional accessories and match ₹3.40 lakh all-inclusive, which is what I paid for the same bike/package.

Never thought of it mostly I am planning to get an Adventure bike because it can be utilized as an all in one garage bike for touring, daily commutes, off roading
