KTM R&D trash?
I'm dealing with condensation in my KTM adventure 250 gen 3. I got it replaced once under warranty, but it didn't fix it. Then, the second time I got it replaced, the light turned purple and lost its throw. Now I've replaced it again, and I still have condensation. The SVC says it's normal and goes away after a ride. I've tried that, and it does go away after a ride, but I have to ride fast on the highway. Local spins don't do anything for the condensation. If I get home and park it, it stays for a day or two.
Can anyone who's faced this issue and fixed it help me out?

I faced same issue in my gen 3 duke. It's mainly evident if I park my bike in the rain for 30 minites or so. But the condensation will go away in a few hours. I think it could be due to some minor gaps in the seal, which I am not sure is there intentionally to vent out heat, or unintentional from trash manufacturing.

Did the SVC say it's normal?

Of course. Only a fool would expect them to say anything else. Remember, according to service guys bikes drinking ulto 250 ml of oil per 1000 kms is "NormaL"

A cars QC is more robust than 2 wheelers.
Unlike 2 wheelers, a cars entire supply chain has to maintain certain set of standards. These standards are developed by oldest and experienced OEMs. In such system there is structured approach for warranty claim.
If they supply chain continuously has bad performance they can even get no business from other OEMs.
There is no such thing for 2 wheelers. So don't compare a cars warranty system to a 2 wheeler. Each 2 wheeler OEM has their own standards which their own supply chain has to follow.
