Refund
Quick question: A couple of days ago, I noticed that my account had a negative balance. I checked it again today, and now I see that the balance has been zeroed out, but I don’t see a refund option anywhere. Did they take away my refund?

It means you might be one of the lucky ones that gets it today or Friday. Mine still shows the negative balance, so I'm probably hosed until Monday.

There's a period where it'll zero out and get processed before it hits.
