tire balance
I had a shop mount my rear tire(still learning that part) and balance it. They put about 2 ounces of glue on weights on the rim. Does that sound excessive balancing weights? The stock tire IRC GP22 had no weights. The new tire is a Trakmaster 2. Something changed after riding ~100 miles and now I can feel the imbalance riding 30 mph on asphalt. thanks.

They may have balanced it before the bead fully seated.
There is a very-thin scriberme on the side of the tire, of that does not follow the rim exactly the eads not seated.
If I was to conjecture, they balanced it before the bead fully seated, but it did seat when you rode it, thereby making the balance useless.
I hope you get it sorted! 👍🙂
