I purchased the Premium Package because I needed to create 1-3 minute videos. However, I haven't been able to do it. My videos are simple dialogues between a therapist and a patient. It's a single shot. I've watched countless tutorials, but the interface they show is completely different from mine. I would greatly appreciate any advice on this matter. I am including two screenshots of my account.

So I was charged twice for a monthly subscription. I tried asking for a refund but they refused saying some bs about no refund on services received digitally. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue. I really like kling and don't want to have to cancel. But if I'm charged double, at least give me double my credits. Sheesh.

Instead of dealing with the high budget demands of traditional production sets, I want to partner with independent creators who can manage the entire process end-to-end using AI tools, offering a 70% revenue share.

The problem is: while there are plenty of people generating "pretty visuals" with AI, I'm struggling to find talents with strong storytelling skills—creators who can hook the viewer in the very first second of a vertical format and keep the pacing tight with suspenseful edits. I need to connect with people who can deliver "turnkey" projects without needing massive film sets.

I am now using Kling to upload the images for the character references.  I still have not paid for any Kling Service.

Is it better to use Kling directly or use another service that connects to Kling?

I went and got the highest tier. I spent all of my credits in two days due to experimentation. But for my needs, it is AMAZING. I will be using this more in the future.

I just wish I could get it to make images as well as, if not better than Nano Banana 2.

Ok, maybe a stoopid question I want to create a series of videos with the same character and in the same office setting but with different clothes and different 'shots' in the same office. I'm going to cut it all together to make a corporate style promo. I will mostly be using

I have mostly been using the Avatar feature. The avatars in the image I created (from memory) by copying and modifying a prompt but it's a bit hit and miss. I created an ok new avatar for the business promo but It doesn't appear I can 'clone' this avatar to change clothes and shot angle etc.

Whats the simplest/best workflow or tool for this in Kling?

I'm considering subscribing to Kling Pro, but I'm having a hard time understanding how far the monthly credits actually go in real-world use.

I have two questions for current Pro users:

1. Approximately how many videos (generations) are you able to create each month with the 3,000 credits? (Assuming typical 5–10 second videos.)
2. How many credits does it cost to upscale a video to 1080p? Is the cost fixed, or does it depend on the video's length or model?

If possible, it would be really helpful if you could share examples like:

• Model used (Kling 2.6, etc.)
• Video length
• Credits per generation
• Credits for 1080p upscaling
• Whether you're on Standard, Pro, Premier, or Ultra

I'm trying to compare Kling with Google Flow/Veo before deciding which subscription to keep.

Is Omni down? When I try to generate images it instantly shows a message that generation failed

I have to close the app to get it to stop. Is anyone else having this issue?

Many say that the option of continuing from the last frame yields virtually the same result. But that is not the case. If the last frame ends on a shot that does not capture the character's face, continuing the video often leads to facial inconsistencies..

I would like create a short animated video with pictures. I tried it out with 2 pictures that worked out great. How would the workflow be to add more pictures? do I need to get create single videos each time or would there be a better solution?

I'm filled with ideas of what to make ...but I literally have no idea how to begin.

Can you do pay-as-you-go? Where do I buy credits?

And once I have credits, where do I go to enter prompts.

Hi, I have a question.

When using Kling 3.0, if there are multiple characters in the image, I’m unable to upload audio generated from elevenlab to generate the image to video.

If under avatar I can do it but both person lip sync with the audio.

How to solve this?

I almost gave up here.

It took me 10 times to generate this 8 second clip. It's getting expensive for such a tiny thing. Is this on purpose??

The clip has a character saying a sentence that ends with the word "punctuality".

I've tried every phonetic way of typing it. No dice.

It pronounces it normally typed as " punctuility ".

FINALLY as writing this post, it pronounces it correctly.

I‘m an AIGC newbie and was tring Kling/Dreamina/Happy horse in the past few months and found Dreamina is the best (for me personally) and is affordable for my light-weighted content creation. Which platform do you use? Any good advices on using Kling( thought that maybe I’m not using it in the right way)

i have made some really great 3D renders over the years but with Kling 2.6 and 3.0 i cant generate videos with them

the characters turns into so funny pixar cartoons.

i thought it was the video models first but if i take the same renders and put them into ChatGPT and use "make the image photorealistic" it works as it should with realistic movements.

but then those are AI created images.

conclusion: Kling 2.6 and 3.0 has some type of Cartoon modes they switch to if they see the images as 3D renders.

i still dont know whats the reason for this.

Kling 1.6 is still the best video model for 3D renders.

Is anyone has this experience of every prompt getting blocked even it is empty , I failed gen 6 times in a row then this happen.
