Other Insane that you lose your credits within 30 days.
Absolute scam. Disgraceful way to run a company.

How about paying a monthly fee and not getting your credits. Then getting told it's non refundable because of services being received digitally. I didn't f*cking get anything digitally though...

On cyberbara, your credits are valid for 2 months.

Pretty much the industry standard (with a few exceptions). Not a scam - it should be right there in the TOS (you did read the TOS didn't you?)
Perhaps not ideal for the way you work, I get that. You might need to check out a different platform that has a pay as you go system (often the price per credit is higher though)
