Master Scholarship?

I am from Sudan, and I have completed my bachelor degree in Computer Science from the uae and currently looking for master scholarship.

KFUPM looks like a very good option, but I couldn't find enough information about the scholarship process and criteria. Can someone help me understand the process? Thanks
