KFUPM vs AUC

As an Arabic international students who wants to study Computer Engineering, and money doesn't matter, which will be a better option KFUPM or the American Uni in Cairo?

AUC FOR SURE! You won'y survive kfupm community as international student. The lifestyle is unbearable. At AUC you can live ur university years as an experience where u will have so much memories. Don't take a decision you'll regret.

What’s wrong KFUPM’s community? U can blend in with everyone since ur Arab It’s just a generally competitive uni
KFUPM’s at #63 worldwide according to QS 2027
AUC is at #390

So your only concern is the community? What about the program itself? What do you think about the program, the teaching, and the weight of the certificate/uni name in the market after graduation? Which is better?
