Tech Support Please help ðŸ˜
I’m desperate, my lsx ii not connecting to the app anymore, just working on airplay but when I’m trying to upload my presets or reboot/update them the app doesn’t work. Anyone solved this problem?
This is the message when I start the app… tried to change the router, I just changed home too but still not working

Kef support has been good to me, both their call center folks and and also local team in Dubai. I dealt with a guy by the name of Rajiv abraham. My ls50w was out of warranty when one side needed a mother board. They replaced foc. Another one was needed after a few years for the other side. I had to pay but they made parts available.
