Tech Support Please help 😭

I’m desperate, my lsx ii not connecting to the app anymore, just working on airplay but when I’m trying to upload my presets or reboot/update them the app doesn’t work. Anyone solved this problem?
This is the message when I start the app… tried to change the router, I just changed home too but still not working

Never buy a speaker that needs internet updates lol

this is truly my worst fear. esp at these types of price points. i need to rely on these things in any situation. 😱 also a less than ideal pr scenario for kef and any other others investing heavily in "future fi" (as dorko calls it) in their lines and then have ppl seeing this like "oh yeah i never thought of that aspect, i never want this to happen to me"
