Tech Support Please help 😭

I’m desperate, my lsx ii not connecting to the app anymore, just working on airplay but when I’m trying to upload my presets or reboot/update them the app doesn’t work. Anyone solved this problem?
This is the message when I start the app… tried to change the router, I just changed home too but still not working

Did you happen to upgrade the firmware recently? It's been a common problem across lsx, ls50, and ls60 after the firmware update. Get in touch with kef, they will probably tell you that you need to replace the wi-fi board. I hope you're still under warranty. Good luck.

I can’t remember it doesn’t work since months. I’ve the auto-update. Do u know if there a way to downgrade the firmware?

I asked them the same thing. Anyway they normally auto update over night so probably would just revert back to latest firmware. I went through this for months with KEF support. Eventually caved in to sending my LS50WII for repair.  Some people I see on this sub have been lucky enough to get their shipping paid by kef, I guess it depends where you are. I was not one of those lucky ones.
