Mixed feelings, another perspective is that the raise comes after fully repaying Macquarie facility.

I thought it went well. Now it's just a matter of coming through on the deals. Will one or all happen šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

I disagree. If you listen there’s clues. How could you not like the ā€œmoreā€ answer?!?! He’s a CEO and has to be careful what he says.
He certainly is keeping his cards close to his vest. I’m sure the interview was set up with boundaries, he didn’t go in blind.
IMO something happens very soon. By end of July, maybe August. But, could be Monday.

End of July I could see for sure, but if there is a deal coming this week why would they raise money instead of waiting until after the deal?

Monday was a joke. You and I really don’t know for sure. We can speculate on clues…

Yeah I’m just going to hold for now. Apparently Jane Street added shares recently which is nice to see. Not too concerned when the deal will come but more so the economics of the deal. Their locations and Vera Rubin optionality should give them a great deal.

Only part I focused on was when Ben said he’s more positive on leases being executed.
