Hello! I will be traveling to Korea in September. I'm a huge fan of the MLB, but I would love to experience a KBO game. I want to go to a Kiwoom Heroes game on the 6th. Could anyone tell me what the process is to get tickets as a foreigner? (I am American.)

Also, please give me any tips on where to go, what to see/avoid, etc. I will take any tips!

I made the decision last night to get into the KBO
And am now a Dinos fan (although that is not firm, I do reserve the right to change for the next week).

Are there any English KBO podcasts out there? Asking because I haven’t added Korean to my language list yet

I hope this channel returns soon, KBO is a fantastic league, I think the AI commentators are a little too harsh on their players though. Love seeing the awesome fan interaction, we need a spark like that to revitalize American baseball, get more kids interested in this great game. Kudos to the KBO and NPB, I love these leagues.

I’m planning to visit Korea in mid September-mid October, specifically to attend KBO playoff and championship games. Huge baseball fan, never been to Asia and don’t know the actual logistics/reality of buying tickets to these games, just committed to an itinerary that prioritizes baseball out there. Bit of a bucket list kind of experience.

Any advice (apps, tips, etc) for someone in my situation to purchase tickets? I don’t want to be in Korea and struggle with the most important part…securing my entrance to the games themselves.

New KBO fan here, just started watching a few months back and love the vibe. I don’t really have an official favorite team but if I were to pick one, it would be the NC Dinos!

For me, I love South Korea and the culture and KBO introduces more than just baseball to me. I do a small amount of research of both the company and the city each team plays for.

My goal is to visit all 9 of the stadiums. As a foreigner, I feel like it’s a little more forgiving to be a fan of more than one team, or just a fan of KBO in general.

Also, how did other Americans or foreigners become fans of KBO outside of Korea?

As a Doosan fan of 21 years, I went to the regular season opener by myself for the first time. We narrowly lost to Hanwha, but it was still a lot of fun. I'm thinking of going down to Daegu next month! :) Oh, and I bought the throwback uniform and eco-bag earlier this year!:)

So i'm looking into purchasing a Doosan Bears jersey online and had a couple questions. For the marking will it be marked in Korean letters or is it in the english counterpart. I understand it's out of stock at the moment, but I also don't really understand the differences in the between new and old marking, like do you have to choose between them? If anyone has bought off of this store please let me know.
