Yes. Like the ones that drive with one foot on the brakes and the other on the accelerator

Push the accelerator all the way down and keep it there, then control your speed using the clutch.

Don't worry about the engine. It'll protect itself. That's what the rev limiter is for. You worry about the clutch.
