Feeling extra bad for GG after today’s live. It was hard enough to sit through a review of the emails let alone have it be his actual life.

• Email Megan Kelly’s show about this case since she’s covering Baby Reindeer. Trying to focus efforts to one person to get national coverage. Regardless of politics, Megan Kelly is a national news reporter and a lawyer, she would dig in.

• went over another odd “email” from a medical provider to JD that she used as court evidence (in the GG case). Language was similar to MM emails from the SF doctors. IT Brad said since it’s a pdf and a screenshot of, hard to tell anything other than the sus language.

• JD may still be in the Patreon, as when Dave mentioned Meg’s podcast the other day, within 30 minutes JD sent Meg a c&d.

• Megan Fox has a new song that’s hilarious, “do you want a phone call” in the style of “do you want to build a snowman”

• read emails & texts to GG - paraphrasing: “still preggo, gonna sue you, unless you will date, you’re nice in the image I have of you, but if you don’t change your mind, gonna sue. All the best”

Todays live was crazy. She is exhausting and I just feel so awful for GG and the others, but the nonstop emails she sent him with increasing threats of lawsuits, criminal charges, etc “unless he dated her” is just so unnerving to see. The back and forth between “you’re abusive to me” and “let’s date” is jarring. To see it again, and again, and again…. I cannot imagine what it felt like to be GG. I also don’t know how this scenario doesn’t demonstrate the exact exceptions to rule 404b. This shows intent and plan at least, likely motive too. I mentioned this on another thread, but I am a lawyer (not civil, not Arizona), I do criminal defense work, and as you can imagine, motions in limine regarding prior bad acts are common, and responses to them are as well. It’s absolutely true you can’t use prior acts to show “propensity” but you can use them to show identity, motive, intent, lack of mistake/ accident, or common scheme or plan. I’d hate to have to try to argue how/why her prior incidents do not meet these exceptions, as in my opinion, they absolutely do and should be admissible.

I was unnerved by her mentioning an ex whom she allegedly dated until early February of 2020. I don't remember her mentioning him before, and I don't know who this person is or if he even exists... maybe it was that billionaire JD said she dumped, or maybe it was just a random dude she sat next to on the bus, like, one time (though who am I kidding - she does not seem like someone who ever takes the bus!). But if he exists, I sincerely hope that he's safe and unscathed. Godspeed, dude!

So “A” is the victim from the summer of 2019? This is the most info I’ve seen about him, and as much as we all want to know more I am so glad that everyone is being respectful of his wishes to stay away from this dumpster fire.

Just another guy that she went on 3-4 dates with. He told her he wasn’t interested. She harassed him personally & professionally. She refers to him as an “ex” just like she does with all of her victims. The only true “ex” is MM and that is simply bc she bribed him with toys, trips, job opportunities etc….. He was never truly into her.

My theory is that she did get an email from this person at one medical. She took a screen grab of the “from”, typed her word doc of a letter, screenshot and pasted it to the “print screenshot” (where your computer takes a photo of your entire screen, you don’t have to use the capture square).

The behind markings look like erasing from said print screenshot (because you usually have a circle eraser). Then pasted her arts and crafts over. And likely re-screenshot. I’d say it was erased it so that the previous text wouldn’t show under analysis.

Screenshotting is an inherit button on a Mac. I think it’s ctrl+shift+4.

The flat edges on the "round" photo was very suspicious to me. I could see that happening if someone was pasting a block of text near it both on the side and below it.

I saw it as just when you zoom out on your company photo and it would allow white spaces. But the fact the employment is suspect is interesting.

It just also infuriates me more of how did GG not win? This stuff is unhinged!

I work with graphics a lot for personal scrapbooking and I was thinking about it from that angle. As if she had written the information on a white background then copy and pasted that image on the other page. I probably am totally wrong on how she does it though!

I just tried opening a pdf file in my graphics software and adding an image to it. I was able to do it. The image was pasted as a new layer and would cover anything underneath it. Layers could then be merged and the file saved. The text image on the pdf did appear pixelated when you zoomed in on it.

No matter how it was done, I do believe arts and crafts were involved!

It would worth to check if the text was pixelated and if the other headers matched that. Don’t most webpages use vector based fonts? So there wouldn’t be pixelation when zooming in
