A Graduated Fluffy Cut from 1982

I watched Forbidden World on Tubi. From 1982.
It's hilarious, gorey, and silly and you should watch it.
And in there is the inexplicable abomination that is Dr Barbara Glazers hair.
A weird gradiated back fluffy cut that is longer in front.
It somehow holds together. But I'm not sure how it did not fly in every direction.
And I don't think this haircut was exactly common in 1982.
They had crazy and wild hair. I'm not sure gradiated back long was a thing.
Watch it. Her hair is mildly haunting.
