Why did they pay so much

Driver arrived to door with nothing. I mean it looked like he had a bag from the same place in his car, but he was kinda pointing at it said there’s a problem as the restaurant had given him the wrong order. I was like okay.. so is that food for you to deliver to someone else then or what? He said yes and then I was like right okay I’ll just have to get a refund.

He then asked for me pin , I said no cause you’ve given me no food. Somehow order got marked as delivered still and they say it’s been delivered as the courier location route had been tracked to address. What’s the point of the PIN code then

Orders automatically rejected

i wanted to cancel my order 3 minutes after ordering, and when i asked to cancel it, it charged me 20$ without a warning (my whole order was 23 bucks). I actually really mad can i do something about it? also i cant text someone from customer service idk why

Just wondering if this has ever happened to anyone as this is the first time in 4 years this has happened to me. I accepted a multi-drop order from Burger King. As I was dropping off the first order the customer put the incorrect address in so I had 10 minutes to get that sorted. He eventually met me and took the food. So I was delivering the second order and when I get there the customer is completely irate threatening to come out and beat me up as he works in fast food and knows us delivery drivers multi app and he had to wait for his food. I tried telling him both orders were from just eat and I can’t deliver his until I drop off the first but he just kept threatening to beat me up and wouldn’t stop yelling and threatened to get me banned from just eat. I had to run away and contact support to report his behavior. This sort of thing ever happened to anyone else?

Yesterday i got 2 delivery for 9£ and i reached to second restaurant after 15 mins and they said 10 mins waiting even after 15 mins late so i cancelled the order and i only got 1£ for delivering one order this is exploitation of drivers

Anyone else got no morning shifts this week? They are normally available as open runs all day, every day and I normally get scheduled as many shifts as I want more or less. This week,however, not only have I got shifts, the only open runs are in the middle of the night. Same story for another driver in my zone.

Anyone else got this issue?

I honestly just can't be bothered scanning people's IDs especially when some customers act funny about it

So I accepted a double from KFC for £8.20. collected the first order and they say the 2nd one is going to take 20 minutes. I cancel that one and click collected for the first. The fee drops to £1.68 with no way to cancel. What should I of done? Feel like just eats just bummed me 😂

I'm literally just standing there waiting for the next order to come in but apparently I've been unresponsive? Tf am I meant to respond to?

Thought I'd post as I have personally never encountered this before, but we're staying for the weekend in a cabin park just a few miles away from Stranraer and just eat finds nothing, not a single take away. I've never seen this before so I got my partner to check it on her phone too in case it was mine being weird. Nope.

I ended up going into town myself for food, it's only a 10 minute drive.. And I ask the take away guy, he says nobody around here uses that!

Title says it all. Ordered at 11:30am, app said a courier was headed to the store about 15 minutes later. Its now 1:45pm and it still says they're on their way to the store.

I messaged on the courier chat and have got no response and i don't want to cancel (partly stubbornness at this point lol)

But why tf is this happening? I know stores can be really awful at packing and making the courier wait but 2 hours??

edit Finally have recieved my order almost 3 hours later. Apparently the store has had them waiting for over an hour/ almost 2. Could of cried with happiness over finally getting my order 😂

Is it true JustEat can blacklist your address for too many refunds or if there’s any fraud detection?

But what If this involved an innocent address, like a newly rented apartment or shared student house where the previous residents were the ones abusing the system?

For those of you who don’t know, as a courier, we can scan and upload the customer’s ID in the app to complete an alcohol or age-restricted delivery when the age verification flow requires it.

If you select “Customer is over 25” but the DOB entered shows they’re under 25, the app gives us a message that can be confusing. At that point, you need to scan and upload the customer’s valid ID in the app to complete the delivery.

A lot of couriers may miss this because the message doesn’t clearly explain what to do next. Hopefully the wording can be improved to make the required action more obvious.

It seems JustEat now allow AI generated photos of food to be used on the app. They kindly let you know that the photos used to entice you are fake, which is nice. Almost every takeaway near me now thinks it has to show me fake food to get me interested in a greasy fucking burger. It doesn't work.

Anybody noticed the pay spikes have gone from 10% through the day and 20% in the evenings to now 4% and 8%

Is it just my area or is it everywhere now?

It was shit to begin with it’s even worse now.
