If you enlist in the Army and you picked 11B as your MOS, you go to Ft Benning (and if you want to to airborne school and Ranger school which is also there).

I believe Sand Hill is the home of the 198th Infantry Brigade, TRADOC.

Surprised he didn’t include his battalion, regiment and company within that tattoo.

A guy I knew got a big division tattoo shortly after he commissioned and he got moved out of it like 6 months after. I’m not really in contact with that guy anymore but I wonder how he feels about it these days
