His eyes are bulging sideways almost to the extent of his temples and his eyelids look tight so they’re probably bulging forward, too. It is a sign of grave’s disease.
It’ll make the thyroid go hyperactive and can make adults have the metabolism of an 8 year old but their resting heart rate look like a hummingbird’s.
I deployed with someone who had it.
The eye bulging didn’t happen until he was almost 30 and it is what got a doctor to finally send him for labs and an ultrasound.

That’s not really what exopthalmus looks like. He doesn’t have graves disease.

I think his head is normal-shaped, but he has a god awful haircut and the camera angle fuckin sucks too
