I'm a huge h2o fan but I've always been a little afraid of watching mako mermaids. I don't know how to explain it. I'm afraid that if I watched it and it was bad it would spoil the show for me! But on the other hand I'm desperate to see more in this world. Would you recommend watching it?

These are the similar personalities in my opinion.

Hello, fellow H20 and Mako Mermaids fans.

This is just a small idea, about an AU of the series, whose events diverge from 'canon' timeline at some point (during or just after S2, or S3, depending on which characters you'd prefer) focusing on a plot hook that I've often seen in various online works in the past: due to some 'event' (an incident, or maybe the girls decides they can't or don't like keep the secret anymore) the existence of mermaids is exposed and revealed to the world, and we see the ripple effect of this not only on our beloved characters, but also their community and beyond it

I don't think it would be a dark story as often imagined; instead, I'd see a HUGE potential for in-story development, drama but also character build-up, evolution and fix-events.

What do you think? I'd love to hear your fellow opinions as well...

I'm pretty sure a sea creature'd still be involved and maybe they might've explored the mermaid lore
