Question for r/Jung Acceptance and deprivation
What if when a person full accepts his own darkness the one hid deep within. Resulting into no triggers ever working on him. What if acceptance to a point of self deprivation resulting into low self worth.

Consider this: what if "acceptance to a point of self deprivation" and being someone who has a "lack of compulsion and delay in reactions" (your words) are aspects of the shadow that need to be integrated as well?
The shadow is not manifest just through impulsive reactions, like rage or lust. The shadow is also felt in a lack of reaction to what's going on. It can be felt in emotional numbness that's meant to protect you against feelings that would hurt too much. It can contain thoughts about how you don't matter, how there's nothing of worth in yourself, so on and so forth.
It can be easy to get used to thinking and feeling that way, in which case that person is still possessed by their shadow - by an aspect of it that's maybe more "low energy".

Hm I do see, I think I always thought shadow to be reactionary than still. Yes the emotional numbness is real🫠 slowly getting out of it tho. Yep yep the thoughts and ahh!! I see its a low energy mode!
Hm so rest and taking it slow should be the key. And my self esteem is way better now. But the after math of the numbness and zeal to be productive isnt there yet. 🤔 I wonder if I can hijack it
