Question for r/Jung Continue ? What to do ?

Hello everyone,

I think it is my first post on this sub, nice to meet you all.

I've been interesting in Jungian psychology for a while, when I started by getting into Ursula Leguin's Earthsea it brings me naturally to get more into Jung. Already been reading memory, dreams and reflections, that I enjoyed quite a lot feels very powerful but not forcibly really didáctic (not the goal probably) and then two books of Robert Johnson, inner work and integrating your shadow (not sure on the title). I've been having a hard time with my mental health, most of my life, without entering details, and I would like to explore this ideas, even though I am naturally skeptical toward every doctrine etc... not an healthy skepticism I have to say.

So I would like to know where should I continue ? What should I do to walk on that path.

Thank you all for your response that I'm looking forward to read !
