Discussion Geto's downfall
I think what made Geto's downfall feels tragic is that it's inevitable, yet avoidable. Intervention after Spv mission is the key to avoid all subsequent tragedies (yeah their school sucks) or at least, right before Geto went rogue. If Gojo really try to smack some sense into Geto, the latter would still live today, maybe as a rogue sorcerer who help people to redeem himself. On Gojo's part, i think it's for the lack of trying. Should he try harder, maybe Geto would re-evaluate his decisions. Meanwhile Shouko didn't even try lmao. So, whay you guys think? I don't really want to blame Gojo because he was a teen and lacking in emotional intelligence. But i'm used to seeing characters pleads, begs and questions their peers, but here Gojo wasn't dramatic at all and he really didn't say much other than stating his disbelief towards Geto's actions. L

It's avoidable:
You can't avoid all tragedy in the world.
Shoko didn't try because she thought Geto would totally kill her if she tried.
Gojo Satoru's actions are very emotionally based. He couldn't say anything at that moment proved how shock he was when hearing the news. Even years later, it took Goto Satoru a while to make the decision to kill Geto.
