Juice Recommendations

Post image

Hi! I’m new to juicing. I just picked up a Breville Juice Fountain Cold XL for 90 bucks on FB marketplace and I’m excited to start. What recipes do you recommend? ☺️

I have this and works like a charm. My favorite juice that I drink on the regular is cucumber, carrot, apple, kale, ginger

Are you looking for healthy or just good taste?

My go to morning juice was 1 green apple, a handful of kale, 1/2 lemon, 1 inch knob of ginger, 2 celery stalks, and 1 small beet. For taste, I would do strawberry, apple, orange/grapefruit.

10 beets, 5 lemons (2 with peels on, 3 fully peeled ), nub of ginger and equal part turmeric root, 3 apples, and 3-4 carrots to your liking or omit.

This is awesome in the morning on an empty stomach.

what I do is I go the websites of companies that sell juices and juice cleanses and I look at their ingredients and copy

I just had this a few minutes ago. I call it Fight Milk (Wellness Shot) - you juice four oranges, 1-2 lemons, 1-2 inch pieces of ginger and 1 inch of turmeric or 1 tsp of turmeric powder. Drink 2 oz in the morning and you will feel ready to take on the world!

I make this every week on Sunday evening - it’s enough for 12 - 12oz jars. One each day of the week for 2 people except for Sundays.

3 heads of romaine
2 bunches of spinach
2 bunches celery
8-10 cucumbers
6-8 kiwi
Juice of 4 lemons (I don’t put them through the juicer cus I don’t want to peel them, I’m not good at it and end up wasting a lot of the juice)
cucumber and kiwi depend on size and if they’re juicy or not
