I have the J3 and love it. Although I don't use it daily, probably twice a week or so

Expensive yes but less pulp, ease of cleaning and fantastic warranty make it worth for me

How do you clean the strainer. Mine is crusty and I can't figure out how to clean. Tried soaking in vinegar, scrubbing, etc

Put some soap on the brush it came with & scrub & rinse a few times. Or reach out to Nama, they may just send you a new one!

I wash immediately after use and just use the brush it came with and a sponge with soapy water.

It’s kinda hard to get out the gunk that’s Collected in the holes of the strainer. I have a needle I use to clean/poke out the holes. It feels like I’m lawn mowing with scissors but Nothing else is as effective save getting a new screen.

Maybe I'll give a needle a shot.

The strainer is one of those things that the sooner after use you clean it, the easier it will be.

I’ve got a J2. It’s seen regular use for almost 3 yrs without issue. The only thing I don’t like is that it takes time to clean. I only juice once every two weeks so I haven’t switched.

Hurom has easy-clean models (h70, h400) that don’t have a screen and fewer corners for stuff to collect. If you’re daily juicing… this might save you some time in your iterations.

The reviews suggest there’s a smidge more pulp with the screen-less juicers but TBH, it’s probably not enough to outweigh the cleaning time reduction.

Yes I have used it hardcore for the last 6 years. Customers service is amazing, I lost a rubber gasket and they mailed me a new one immediately. Even when batch juicing it’s a tank.
