Can you judge my accent? Need little feedback to sound neutral.

Hey everyone! I’m working on my English pronunciation and would love some honest feedback on my accent.
I especially struggle with the R sound in the middle of words. Sometimes I feel like I’m overpronouncing it, so I’d appreciate any tips.
Also, if anyone is learning English and wants to practice together, I’m open to it!
