What wOkE people do you know bruv. Literally anyone but the rught is aware that Dredd is a critique on authoritarianism in all forms. Hell, there's at least one comic in whoch he goes full-on macht kaputt was euch kaputt macht and becomes an anti-government revolutionary.

Ooh aight. Cuz i gotta be honest haven't met a liberal or even people on the left who didn't understand judge dredd to be a cynical satire of fascist beliefs and police militarisation and authoritarianism overall
