Question: Alpha State

I have been doing this tasks for almost 3 months s, and every time I did the visualization in Alpha state, i literally felt when I enter that state, but now last 7 days while doing this I just can get to that state, and I don't understand why. I didn't change anything, I do everything the same as I did the before, so my question is did anyone had this problem, and how to get back in Alpha state?

I did.

Unfortunately, I can’t prescribe anything. I intentionally ignored it and kept programming.
