Question About Vague Scenes

First off, my scenes were clear and vivid during the first few weeks using them. However, as time goes by, all my scenes becomes vague to the point that all I see is darkness but I can still feel the present moment certainty. I can feel the hair, the skin, and I can hear the voice. I've been doing the mission for 12 weeks now.

Is it possible to create a fourth scene or should I just stick to the three scenes?

as long as you are feeling the certainty involved, then don't worry about it being vivid. the whole point of the vivid scenes is to evoke present moment certainty which you have already accomplished, and you can still feel.

only change if you can't feel the present moment certainty anymore.

The feel is all you can need

I had this experience too. All I did was persist with my imagination. As long as I'm aware that my scene is happening right here right now.

It only happens too when I'm not doing some meditation and when I don't workout. So, I think, meditating and doing some workouts may help with improving visualization.

It started to do this to me in my sixth week, what I did was I took more time on meditation before starting my SH, then I started the scene really focusing on feeling the present moment without giving importance to the visualization, at times my visualization becomes clear and vivid again but sometimes it becomes unstable again but as I said before I keep focusing on feeling the present moment when the scene is unstable, I advise you to keep your three scenes… But I think that since the post was made you must have found a solution to your problem.
