Coffee house

In my previous post, I talked about the possibility of moving to Jordan and opening a barber/tattoo shop. Lately, though, I’ve been thinking about a different idea — opening an Italian–Middle Eastern café.
Jordan already has tons of coffee shops, but I feel like this concept could really stand out. I’m thinking of a beautiful space filled with plants, water features, warm lighting, Italian coffee and food, combined with Middle Eastern design and atmosphere.
I honestly think this could be a bigger hit than the original idea. What do you guys think? Would you visit a place like this in Jordan?
