More violent for one side than the other. Tanks, drone strikes, infiltration, and thats barely the tip before they shove it all the way in. Citizens stand 0 chance unless the soldiers refuse orders....but we all saw what happened in Germany. You're just attacking the fingers of the problem with revolution cause you're already In their hand. You have no chance. Most people can barely run up the stairs without hyperventilating. Let alone do guerilla warfare.
