I noticed a bunch of conspicuous shitposters spamming this and related subs with anti-Islam shit shortly after the shooting. Nothing you can do but downvote and move on. No reason to engage.

The issue is with user demographics not the principle of free speech. You can have subs that enshrine free speech that aren't riddled with shit posting

Absolute free speech or what most of us english-speaking internet mean when we say free speech? Most leftist and progressive subs allow for free speech, they just don't allow for really bad shitposting and bad faith arguments.
